Inspection and maintenance of common faults of rice transplanter

 It is inevitable that the rice transplanter will break down and delay the operation progress in the process of use. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the fault maintenance methods. The key troubleshooting and maintenance methods are described, which is convenient for the majority of agricultural machinery operators to understand the causes of faults, eliminate faults and ensure the continuity of rice transplanting operation. 1、 Maintenance methods of common faults
1. Failure and maintenance method of planting arm
(A) Fault analysis: there will be obvious differences in the stop position of the planting arm of the transplanter at the end of the operation and when the work stops, and it does not stop at a fixed position. This is determined by the principle of mechanical performance. Most of the time, there will be displacement, and the displacement points are different, resulting in the difference of transplanting depth, which interferes with the operation of transplanting and can not operate according to the rules.
(B) Maintenance method: in case of the above conditions, stop the operation immediately, turn off the engine, pull out the key, and then carefully check the positioning bolt of the planting arm. In this case, the maintenance is very simple. You only need to tighten the loose bolts or replace the tripped bolts in time to eliminate the fault.
2. Common faults and maintenance methods of seedling claw
(A) Failure analysis: the most common phenomenon during operation is seedling leakage and floating. The main reason for the failure is that the soil of the root protection soil on the seedling is too soft or the seedling transplanter itself is faulty. During operation, the seedling claw hangs the seedling, which is very likely to cause that the seedling pusher cannot insert the seedling into the soil normally according to the unified depth requirements. These are one of the most common failures in seedling transplanting operation.
(B) Maintenance method: do not be lazy before operation or after stopping operation. Carefully check the operation of the seedling pusher, carefully observe whether the interval time of the mechanical action rhythm is balanced, whether the seedling claw is deformed or shortened due to wear, whether the action of the seedling pusher rod pops up forcefully or has irregular dragging, and start the operation after timely adjustment.
3. Maintenance method for loose bearing of planting arm
(A) Fault analysis: the bearing of the planting arm is often loose. The main reason is that the operator's improper use of the bearing during the transplanting operation can lead to the unstable operation of the planting arm and indirectly lead to chain problems. For example, the gap between the separating needle and the seedling door seriously exceeds the standard, resulting in inaccurate seedling collection and possible damage to other parts.
(B) Maintenance method: after the operator finds that the bearing of the planting arm is faulty, he should mainly check whether the separation needle tip is within the standard swing range (the free swing is within 3mm). When the two-way free swing is more than 3mm, it should be repaired immediately; If the swing distance is > 4mm, the bearing needs to be replaced. If the bearing cannot be replaced in time, other parts will be damaged. In the actual operation process, many operators do not pay enough attention to this, resulting in frequent failures of damage to coupling parts.
4. Maintenance method of abnormal "clatter" sound from the insertion arm protrusion.
(A) Fault analysis: it shows that the implant arm collides or gets stuck to hard objects (stones, etc.) during operation, resulting in the opening of the safety clutch, and even the rotation position of the implant arm is not synchronized.
(B) Maintenance method: immediately shut down the engine, check whether there are hard objects between the seedling taking port and the planting arm, and clean them. After removing foreign matters, check whether the seedling needle is deformed or broken. After repair or replacement, slowly rotate the asynchronous single group rotating box to the front until there is a "click" sound, and then reset the safety clutch before continuing to use.
2、 Regular inspection and maintenance of parts
"Three points of use and seven points of maintenance" pays attention to maintenance, which can prevent faults, and it is more important to reduce the fault rate.
(A) The operators of the transplanter usually troubleshoot and maintain the transplanter after the transplanting. As we all know, during the rice transplanting operation, the daily operation volume of the rice transplanter is large, the continuous operation time in muddy water is long, the friction between parts increases, the lubrication performance decreases, the metal bonding surface will heat due to insufficient lubrication, which is easy to aggravate the damage, and the accuracy of rice transplanting will also change, affecting the quality of rice transplanting.
(B) Long time metal fatigue will lead to many faults. Therefore, in addition to routine inspection and maintenance before operation, it is best to bring necessary maintenance tools to timely maintain and repair problems found in the process of transplanting. Timely inspection can save a lot of maintenance time and is more conducive to smooth operation. On the one hand, after the operation is completed, the soil of all exposed parts shall be cleaned in time to reduce the wear of sediment on the operation joint; On the other hand, it is necessary to check the mechanical power output part. For example, the dust of the carburetor and air filter of the engine should be carefully cleaned.
(C) The working environment of the transplanter is placed in muddy water and soil for a long time, which is easy to cause the joint part of the parts to be eroded by muddy water, and it is easy to damage the oil film and sealing ring on the surface of the parts. Therefore, before and after rice transplanting, operators must regularly check the parts, mainly check the wear and lubrication of parts, timely repair parts and supplement lubricating oil or grease. In addition, pay more attention to abnormal sound during operation.
3、 Make good adjustment to improve the use efficiency of machinery
To do a good job in the routine inspection and maintenance of machinery, adjustment is a very important measure. Before each operation, be sure to check the fuel quantity and lubricating oil quantity in the engine, not only according to the quantity, but also check the cleanliness of the oil. When the lubricating oil is found to be deteriorated, it shall be replaced in time.
Regular inspection is to provide basis for the maintenance of key parts, so the inspection contents should also highlight the key points. According to the composition characteristics of the seedling transplanter, the main inspection parts include: seedling feeding mechanism, seedling claw, crankshaft, swing rod and other parts to see whether they are deformed and seriously worn. The adjustment shall be carried out according to the technical parameters, especially the parameters in the seedling transplanting system, such as the number of plants, plant spacing, seedling human soil depth, seedling needle and transplanting fork clearance, which must be adjusted in strict accordance with the technical parameters.
